• Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities such as Loop Testing, Motor Solo Run Tests, Air Blowing, Steam Blowing, Nitrogen entering, Pigging Works, Lock out Tag out, Chemical Cleaning, Oil Flushing, Catalyst Loading, PSA Adsorbent Loading, Hydrogen Line Commissioning and Hydrostatic Testing of Tanks and Pipelines.

• Provide proactive safety support to internal and external customers for office and working site facilities.

• Monitor and prevent potential workplace safety hazards through routine inspections and training, data and investigations into accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions.

• Implement (PSSR) Personnel Safety & Social Responsibilities in the minds of employee.

• Monitor the prevailing working conditions and ensures safe working practices in the company.

• Follow up on work permit systems and inspections.

• Maintaining general information report, hazard condition & other requirements like needs for first aid, PPE’s, etc.,

• Ensuring the standards of Emergency services like Fire Extinguishers & First Aid Box.

• Assist facilities in complying with all safety and health regulation and company’s guideline.

• Investigation of all accident/incident/near miss/spills/fires to find the root causes and recommend corrective actions.

• Attending HSE Meetings and provide technical support related to HSE Issues.

• Expertise in hazard identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and job safety analysis.

• Create safety awareness by promoting safety meetings, presentations and open forum discussions and safety trainings.

• Understanding all aspects of PTW (Permit to Work) functions including job risk assessments.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks to workers.

• To maintain, develop and continually improve the company’s existing integrated management for Health & Safety and Environmental aspects of the business

• Ensure that all employees follow safety and environment rules and receive proper training in the use of the facility equipment.

• Responsible for diving the service center safety culture towards “Zero – Accident” tolerance, with a particular focus on “safety behavior” at all levels

• Assist in all Administrative duties related to SHE activities and duties.

• Deliver reports on time and in the format required

• All accidents investigated and reported upon within the time frame set forth by the company

• Plan and organize the internal audit program of the Service Center. Face all external third party audits and initiate necessary Corrective & Preventive actions.

• Arrange and minute EHS progress & annual EHS management review meetings.

• Identify training needs for all staffs to comply with local, Legal & Group requirements,

• Responsible for vendor EHS appraisal & rating
