Estimates Engineer, Anhui Sijian Holding Group Company Limited In this role I was hired as Engineer in charge of preparation of Financial proposals, Technical proposals and Bills of Quantities for bidding purposes and general construction management. I have worked on various public and private buildings and acquired experience on Government and NGO projects. The following are my day to day roles;

Preparing method statements in line with the available tender documents.

Cost analysis based on architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labour involved

Preparing tender Bills of Quantities.

Preparing financial proposals

Evaluating tenders from Subcontractors and where appropriate, negotiate with the sub- contractors.
