place entry in Chicago FirstNet Hackathon, allows first responders to gather pertinent medical information using NFC or QR code technology as an alternative to medical bracelets

• Hopes to develop further to incorporate the ability to send automated messages following the gathering of medical information in the case of emergency

• Built with java in android studio utilizing the Zxing library DIY Hands-Free Karoake Machine

• Hack of karaoke machine to allow for queuing of songs from mobile web app

• Selection of songs was done using a mapping of raspberry pi GPIO pins used to switch relays that would trigger the pushing of buttons for every song configuration sent to the controller from the web server

• With the help of the music21 open source software (http://web.mit.edu/music21/) we were able to build a game that could generate musical notes in real time to be played using our game controller from any input song of your choice

• Worked on the circuitry of the game controller which we also made into a stand-alone tone generator using an arduino, push buttons and a joystick
