JOB PROFILE:

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for transporting General Manager, office staff and visitors in a safe and timely manner between designated locations using Company vehicle.

2.Arranging vehicle care and maintenance (i.e. oil change, tire rotation, cleaning, etc.) based on service manual requirements and coordinating with the rental company on vehicle repairs and replacements.

3.Knowing the location of the meetings before to avoid confusion and to avoid and wastage of time.

4.Maintaining strict confidentiality on all conversation and information heard during transport assignments.

5.Assisting the admin. department in paying utility bills.

6.Purchasing of pantry and office stationery supplies as requested by the admin department.

7.Running office errands like going to Bank or Customers when needed.

8.Collecting letters and/or parcels from the PO Box of post office.

9.Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Dubai and is familiar with Dubai / Sharjah /Ajman/Abu Dhabi /RAS Al Khaimah and Fujairah roads.

: Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times

Determine shortest routes based on GPS navigation

Check the weather conditions before beginning of journey

Ensure loading and unloading of material in a safe manner

Pick material from company office and deliver it to recipients, keeping signed record of each delivery
