Role and responsible for the following Electrical and Mechanical works.

My under 2 pump houses, 11 KV indoor and Aux.

Execution HT switchgear, control panels, LT panels, Control rooms, VT pumps.

Capacity of Motors 6 x 27 MW and 6 x 34 MW.

Coordination with Vendor/Client/Consultant/Sub contractors

Modification of drawings according to site conditions.

Lissioning works with Transmission and distribution.

Attending meeting with clients regarding site issues.

Maintaining records for aux supply to sites..

Senior Engineer (E & M) -Megha Engineering and infrastructure Ltd- K & C Valley minor lift irrigation project Site.

Client: Minor irrigation Karnataka.

As Senior Engineer (E & M),Role and responsible for the following electrical and mechanical works.

My under 4 pump houses and switch yards of 66 KV outdoor, 6.6 KV indoor and Aux.

Execution, O & M of 66 /6.6 KV Switch yard, 6.6 KV switch gear HT switch gear, control panels, LT panels, Control rooms, VT pumps.

Execution, O & M of 6.6 KV Motors ( 4 x 2.9 MW IM, 4 x 780 KW )

Execution and O & M of 2 x 12 MVA Transformers, AUX -2 x 100 KVA Transformers.

Designing of control rooms, cable sizing, transformers sizing, cable routing.

Coordination with Vendor/Client/Consultant/Sub contractors

Modification of drawings according to site conditions.

Lissioning works with Transmission and distribution.

Attending meeting with clients regarding site issues.

Senior Engineer in site (E & M) - Navayuga Engineering Company Ltd- Sripada yellampelli-lift irrigation project Site.

Client: Telangana lift irrigation (I & CAD).

(May- 2015 to April 2017)

As Senior Engineer in site (E & M),Role and responsible for the following electrical and mechanical works.

Execution, Erection, O& M of 11 KV Switch gear, LT switch gear, control panels.

Execution and Erection of 4 x 6.88 MW motors (WEG), 4 x 2.9 MW motors (CGL) VT.

Execution and Erection of Metallic volute pumps.

Execution Auxiliaries Equipment’s (cooling water pumps, Firefighting etc...)

QC Inspection of Electrical Equipment’s (HT, LT switchgear, Transformer).

Operation and Maintenance (O & M) of indoor substation HT and LT (11 KV & 433 V), 6.88 MW motors and pump House.

Testing and commissioning of indoor substation.

Preparing Drawings and documents for CEIG approvals.

SCADA & PLC for operation of Motor and pumps.

Coordination with Vendor/Client/Consultant/Sub contractors.

Support the project manager and to execute the effective delivery of the project.

Preparation of bill of material technical data sheets and specifications.

Attain the meeting with Client/Consultant/Contractor regarding site activity/planning and drawing approval.

Prepare monthly progress bill for payments. Certification of the contractor/supplier progress bills.

Maintaining history sheets of Installation (erection), Testing, Commissioning and O&M Protocols.

Ensure that the work is carried out as per standards, drawings maintaining quality & safety.

Installation activities like Lighting, Industrial motors, DG sets, cable trays, Cable laying, cable jointing, terminations.

Experience in floating enquires in specifications, discussing with vendors regarding equipment’s specifications and finalizing the purchasing orders.

Preparation of general arrangement drawings; civil construction related drawings like marking of insert plates, bus duct opening, cable cutouts and other openings as required for electrical equipment’s.

Daily work planning at site, preparation of progress report.

Coordination of activities & work execution.

Necessary Action taken for the Commissioning of the Pump House.

Time to time reporting of Project Status to Superior,

11 KV HT UG Cabling & Tray work. .

Designing of electrical rooms.

11 KV ABB switchgear and protective relaying, i.e.SPAJ 140C, REM 545 etc.

Distribution Transformers of capacities of 400 KVA, 11KV/0.415KV.

Eot crane-50 ton, semi-portal crane- 20 ton maintenance.

Site Engineer (Electrical) - Navayuga Engineering Company Ltd- KPCL Site.

Since: Dec 2010 to May 2015.

Navayuga Engineering Company Ltd is a construction company entered in to Port sector and built Krishnapatnam Port Company Ltd (KPCL) at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. This Port handles Fertilizer, Coal and Containers.

As Site Engineer in site, Role and responsible for the following:

Execution of 132/33 KV Switch Yard and Indoor substations (33/6.6 KV, 6600/415V).

Inspection of Electrical Equipment’s (HT, LT switchgear, Transformer).

Testing and commissioning of indoor and outdoor electrical equipment’s including maintenance (132/33kv outdoor substation, 33/6.6kv and 6600/415v indoor substation)

132/33 KV, 2X 40 MVA, 2x 16 MVA Outdoor Switch Yard and control room.

33KV & 6.6KV HT UG Cabling & Tray work.

Execution of work as per approved drawings.

Co-ordination with Dept. Officials, venders, manufacturers and preparation of work orders.

Trench excavation and cable lying as per approved drawings.

Execution, Erection and commissioning of heavy load equipment’s of ship unloaders (1500tph).

Bulk coal handling system (conveyor systems (4000 TPH) and relay setting of concerned motors.

Preparing Drawings and documents for CEIG approvals.

Prepare material specifications, data sheets, calculations and other erection engineering deliverables.

Designing of electrical rooms.

33KV/6.6KV,6.3MVA power transformers & associated ABB switchgear and protective relaying, i.e.SPAJ 140C, SPAM 150C etc.

Distribution Transformers of capacities of 1MVA, 2MVA, 2.5MVA -(6.6KV/0.415KV),6.3 MVA - (33 KV/6.6 KV).

HT motors of capacity up to 750KW, 6.6KV.

APFC, PCC, MCC, AMF panels.
