1. Currently has 15 years of Human Resource and Admin leadership and management experience, within which, more than 8-year exposure in multi-national companies covering all facets of HR including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development and Labor Relations.
2. Headed the Compliance Management Team of the Sportscity International Group in the Philippines, “passing” all compliance audits in accordance to the International Labor Standards, Environment, Health, Safety, Security and C-TPAT requirements for our international clients such as adidas, Under Armour, Lululemon, The North Face, New Balance, Nike, etc.
3. Authored the Environment, Health and Safety Manual of the Sportscity International Group which led to the certification and re-certification of the companies for ISO 14001 and ISO 18001.
4. Headed the completion and implementation of the Performance Management System of the Sportscity International Group including the intricacies of the Job Evaluation Process, Job Description Formulation, Job Levelling, Salary Matrix and Performance Appraisal Process.
5. Reviewed, revised and updated the Company Handbook for the Sportscity International Group and the Pacific Traders and Manufacturing Corp. and affiliates including all updates as mandated by law for the specific country or region as well as the Table of Offenses ensuring all is in compliance to the local Labor Law.
6. Successfully negotiated the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Wicker and Vince, Inc. for successive 4 years without compromising both management and labor.
7. With the help of a third party consultant, turned around Pacific Traders and Manufacturing Corp. and affiliates with the following programs:
a. Revisiting and Updating of the company’s mission and vision to fit the
current status of the company;
b. Crafting of the company Core Values that will be basis for the company
culture;
c. Strategic Planning sessions which have been used as a guide and gauge
for each year’s performance as per management requirements;
d. Implemented the Leadership Training Program of the company
which included all supervisors and above in position.
8. Completed the 10-truck fleet for GSAS Allied Services (GSAS) a sub-business unit of Gothong Southern Shipping Lines, Inc., in 3 months upon onboarding which was a critical position for the company, with logistics as its main business stream.
9. Established a good relation with the Local Government Unit, Export Processing Zone Authorities and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) thru the creation of Corporate Social Responsibility programs of the company such as tree and mangrove planting, river clean-ups, feeding programs, adopt-a-school program with both Pacific Traders and Manufacturing Corp. and Sportscity International Group.
