Position: LAND SURVEYOR

Date Inclusive: From 14th April 2013 to till date

Duties and Responsibilities:

Setting out control points referenced from QND

Tasked to establish Site Bench Marks to be used by all site surveyors.

Provides construction team with the alignment, elevation and coordinates of all structural elements like columns, core walls, beam and slabs.

Conduct joint survey with 3rd party Surveyor (consultant) prior to structural and architectural inspections.

Do as built survey of all structural elements after the casting for As built drawing preparation.

Check inconsistencies and discrepancies between Architectural and Structural drawing to avoid mistakes and confusion.

Preparation of survey data for CRFI (contractor request for inspection)

Project: Bahira Enclave Housing projects- Pakistan.

Position: LAND SURVEYOR

Date Inclusive: From 1st August 2009 to October 2012

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparation of as built data and submission to architect office

Setting out of diaphragm walls

Preparation of as built data and submission to superstructure engineers.

Piling work setting out & checking of verticality of pile

Control survey & monitoring of excavation area by Digital level high accuracy as per design

Traverse calculation horizontal & Vertical

Setting out of all over ground station &underground railway track alignment

Topographic survey for road diversion purpose

Setting out control points with Capital Development Authority

Shifting Bench Marks.

Setting out of Road Alignment.

Setting out Road Curves as per required Super Elevations.

Preparation of different layer of embankment including Sub-Base, Base Course as design levels

Supervision of Water Supply, Sewerage System and Water Treatment Plant
