Working along with Harlem Hospital we set up budgets, estimates from design to conceptual to 100% construction for their new parking garage facility and new Nurse’s facility which is a $25 million project. Working along with our partner Turner Construction we set up PCO logs, change orders, bid comparison sheets, estimates and assisted in coordination of the Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, N.Y. project valued at $260 million. Responsible for formulating and implementing contract procedures for bidding, awarding and managing. Working with the LIRR we set up all estimates for Third Party, Force Account and Transportation to include all track, third rail, switches, signals for the Jamaica Yard 1.5 Billion reconfiguration project.
