2016-Current: Custodian

I am currently employed with Washington Park Community School District. I am one of two custodians responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of a multi-story school. I cover over 80,000 square footage during each shift to enhance the safety of children and staff alike. I am also responsible for maintenance of boiler system, as well as routine maintenance that may arise.

St Mel Catholic Church

2015-2019: Lead custodian

I was the lead custodian for four years at St. Mel’s Catholic Church. While working here, I was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the church, as well as maintaining the outside grounds.

Berea School District

2001-2014: Custodian

I had the pleasure of serving the Berea school district as custodian from 2001 until 2014. As a result of my hard work and dedication, I was promoted to assistant head custodian during my employment. I was responsible for daily maintenance, sanitation, and cleanliness of school grounds. The achievement of overall sanitation and cleanliness led to state compliance.
