• Handling Flight, Hotel and vehicles booking for Corporates.

• Making arrangements for Conferences

• Checking the Hotel and Vendor invoices.

• Responsible for training staff.

• Responsible for recording Company/Travel Agent Rates both in system and correspondence file.

• Ensure special handling of repeats guest and very VIP guest

• Observes and ensures that proper telephone manners are maintained at all times

• Monitors and coordinates group reservations activity with the Sales Department and Revenue Manager

• Maintain the company's data records.

• Maintaining the Data entry for all Hotel bookings, flight bookings and vehicle bookings of all Corporates

• Explore new Hotels at any part of India and abroad according to client requirements

• Negotiating & Contracting with Hotels and vendors for Corporates.

• Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status

• Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel’s policy .Maintain cordial relations with commercial clients.

• Providing assistance to the clients in determining their itineraries & travel plans, offering them the most competitive travel solutions.

• Providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible services to Domestic and international clients.

• Assigning work to Vendors and local ground handling agents.

• Addressing customers’ complaints & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery service norms ensuring value added services to customers for enhancing their satisfaction levels.
