Ensure that criminal checks and license verifications checks are done on all employees
Ensure employees information is updated and filed according to company policies and procedures

Ensure that timesheets are accurately completed and dispatched with staff
Ensure that invoices are accurately done and dispatched with clients
Ensure that pay slips are printed and dispatched with staff
Ensure that telephonic orders are recorded in the telephonic order book
Ensure that blacklist book is up to date
Ensure that the Professional Driving Permit (PDP) / Forklift License book is up to date
Ensure that the next day deliveries / collections are planned accordingly
Ensure that the next day client staffing requirements are planned accordingly
Ensure that new applicants are aware of any Bargaining Council information relevant to their assignments
Ensure that there are sufficient pools of staff available always
Forward wages quiries to Operation Controllers / wage clerk to ensure that all wage queries are handled immediately and correct
Issuing of PPE to employees
Ensure that all staff have Bank Accounts
Ensure that all End of Contracts is handled correctly
Assisting employees who retired and contract ended to fill their ui19 forms and Salary Schedule submit to Department of Labour
Perform any other duties as requested by management from time to time
Perform general Health and Safety duties as well as housekeeping
Adhere to enforce and maintain correctly company policies and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) (where applicable) as set out and updated by the company
