Development of New Product with APQP and PPAP approval from customer with e.g. PFD, FMEA, MSA & SPC.

Submission of corrective action in customer portal like PDCA format against customer complaints.

Analysis of In-house Rejection, Cost of poor Quality.

Trouble shooting of any problem arising during production process.

Implementation of misstate proofing in various critical operation to detect the failure of the parts.

Control of measuring instruments and gauge R&R Study.
