Work as Engineer in Engineering Dept. and report to HOD. Looking about Electric, Electronics, Mechanical in Hotel related, Plumbing, Fire fighting, and also Paint and polishing.
Perform Smooth and trouble free operation and general maintenance of all areas including electrical panels, HVAC, Chillier System, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, carpentry and plumbing.
Responsible for maintaining written record of all maintenance work, ensuring that all details are clear and accurate
Carry out the day-to-day maintenance requirements of the hotel to the highest possible standards.
Maintained the inventory for the hotel and forecasted the needs and ensured that it was well stocked.
Prepared the manuals for the departments and updated it regularly.
