o Final DIMENSION units mm, feet inch,ROLLING,ORIENTATION,inspection for spool o Line walk inspection as per approved ISO drawing o Punchlist preparation as per catogery

o Test pack preparation with approved P&ID,Line list,ISO drawing o (A )Punch closing before hydrotest

o Relesing for hydrotest

o Primary structure&secondary structure Alignment&elevation for (column,connecting beam,Handrails,Gratings)

o As per the ASME standard&procedure to ensure the column,beam,handrails,grating installations,toe board,ladders,

o Tighting of connecting fasteners as per the standard of Method statement o Inspection on pipe supports,

o Dimension check for Flange,web,stiffner&gassetplates, as per the fabrication drawing o FIT-UP&WELD visual according to modification

o Weld visual

o NDT(penetrant test as per the ASME code Sec:V,SE-165,) o Preparing the punch points and rectifying.

o Walkdown inspection with clients& contractors
