During my internship with East Tennessee State University, I primarily worked with the university Men's and Women's Soccer teams, as well as the So ball team. I was responsible for testing athletes, identifying needs that we could meet in the weight room to increase performance on the field, developed training programs for athletes to follow, and led athletes in training sessions. Additionally, I had the opportunity to aid in testing and data analytics of PhD dissertation research. Lastly, I was graced with the opportunity to aid in the testing of United States Olympic Team athletes competing in Bobsled, Skeleton, Baseball, and Wrestling. A er testing, we would meet as a team and review the data collected, o en comparing professional athlete performance to that of a college level athlete.
