Working as a Provider: Duties include providing medical care to the patients across the life span in the community. Provide direct medical care treatment services that included assessment, examination, diagnosis, prescribing, ordering labs, medications, diagnostics, medical records, sports referral and follow-up of patients in the primary care setting.

Perform head to toe assessments, exams, assess presenting clinical symptoms for all patients across the life span, including adult, pediatric, women’s health, and geriatrics population. Manage illnesses in patients across the life span acute and chronic such as Cardiovascular; problems, CAD, dyslipidemia, angina, CHF, hypertension, PVD, PAD, chest pain, CVD or strokes. Pulmonary disease; URI, flu, strep throat, otitis media, pharyngitis, bacterial sinusitis, ear infections, allergic reactions, COPD, asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis. GI; abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, GERD, IBS, crohn’s disease. Genitourinary; UTI, over active bladder, stress incontinence, urge incontinency, pyelonephritis, prostatitis, epididymitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), genital infections and STI in both genders, performed GYN exams.
