2.Working in “SOMA ENTERPRISE PVT LTD” as “Electrical Engineer” since Dec 2017.
Under soma I have completed “KSWC(Karnataka state warehouse corporation)” and presently working on “SHAPURKANDI DAM” project at pathankot.
Project Title : “Karnataka state warehouse corporation (KSWC)”.
Installation and maintenance of 63KVA 415V 3 phase diesel generators with power factor “0.8” at every site with changeover switch.
Ensure that every work is done as per the government’s BOQ’s and Drawings at 15 sites.
Wiring of internal storage go-downs with 2.5 sq. mm as main cable and 1.5 sq. mm at load point.
Calculation of maximum load by considering the total electrical equipment’s like fans, lights, motors, driller and grinder and steel cutting equipment, Weight Bridge, air-conditioning at each and every site for the design of control panel.
Laying of 25sqmm 1.1kv LT underground cable in HDPE pipe till the electrical inspection chamber of dimension 500*700*750 mm.
Designing of control board using 63 amps 4-pole D-type MCB’s, individual control for go-downs using 5-32 amps (varies with the load of go-downs) 2-pole and 1-pole D-type MCB’s, RCCB of 63 amps 2-pole, glands 25 sq. mm, copper lugs etc.
Feeders in thermoplastic modular panel by using 100 amps MCCB with 30ms trip time, R.C.C.B of 100 amps 4-pole, voltmeter and ammeter.
Project title : shapurkandi dam (punjab)
Wiring of total site using 50sqmm 4 core cables.
Maintenance of automated batching plant and ice plant control panel.
Reporting of daily power consumption.
Replacing faulty equipments like timers, contactors(220 or 440v), relays(thermal trip relay, SPDT, DPDT, phase failure),NO and NC switches, sensors ( proximity, limit switch, load cell), frequency drives.
Daily running of Ice compressors(150 TPD) and chiller compressors(300TR) and preparing record on water consumption and tons of ice flakes.
Preparing the main control circuit for DOL(direct online) and star-delta starters as per the capacity of the motor.
Daily recording of total production by compressors, total concrete by batching plant and sending to superiors.
Maintain good coordination between site and plant so that concrete is delivered as per the site requirement.
Ensuring that no ammonia leakage at ice making room and chiller plant.
Ensuring that air filters and ammonia filters are changed for every 500hours.
Cross checking of conveyor belts and bolts and replace them with new if any fault occurs.
Daily cross checking of starters, solenoid valves of air compressors (5-10 bar).
Daily checking of S-type load cells (100tonns).
