Analyze and find the root cause for the process defects happening in Stamping, Assembly process, Secondary process.

Implemented and monitoring the report of quality Key Performance Index (KPI) every month.

Knowledge in SPC, GR&R, QC7 Tool, PPAP tools.

Quality planning and execution yearly Twice Internal Audit, management reviews and Tracking of Audits Nonconformance (NC)/ Observations and follow-up with Audi tees for corrective actions.

To interface with customers on products quality requirements and ensure that quality requirements are followed to ensure customer satisfaction.
