Process: Reclaimer and Scarper for Urea.
System: Siemens PLC with Simatic step 7, TIA Portal. TCP/IP communication established between PLC AND HMI. PROFINET communication was established between CPU 414h to CPU 416h. Profibus communication done with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), encoder, inclination sensor. Profibus communication has been established between SIEMENS PLC and SIEMENS MODULE. Required logic and SCADA development and
commissioning done using SIMATIC STEP 7, TIA PORTAL, software. Here the required logic was developed according to the customer requirement, necessary graphical screens for process monitoring and control was developed required communication between the SCADA package and data logging historical and reporting was done in line with the customer’s requirement. Also, the required project documentation was built at site.

Process: 20MW solar PV System BY TATA POWER SOLAR. System: GEIP Versamax CPU E005 PLC with Versamax I/O’s and Cimplicity SCADA and SQL Database.
Here as per the requirement configurations done and required data provided in a Cimplicity SCADA screen. No. of different reports are generated as per requirement of process. PROFICIENCY
