I loved being a Customer Service Manager, I had to make sure that everyone was going to their breaks and lunches on time. I made the schedules and trained new employees. I enjoyed counting/making tills and assigning them to their registers. Cashier work as well as stocking shelves all around the store was something I did a lot before I got promoted. Most of the time I worked at the Customer Service Desk for returns and complaints. What I appreciated the most about this job was being busy and striving to build relationships with the shoppers. Not to mention, I enjoyed making sure that customers had a great shopping experience.
