Duties:-
Monitoring Warehouse functions and supervising 20 more personnel, Conduct review and analyze the team performance and report to Regional head. Maintaining branch function and ensure complaints less work. Receiving and inspecting all inbound consignments and reconciliation with purchase orders
Communicate to purchase & sales departments about the receiving of consignments and the date which will be virtualized through formal internal mailing system. Identify damages and discrepancies on consignments received and reports to purchase and sales.
Makes reports using internal software ‘SAP’ to match purchase orders, damages received inbound, outbound, customer return and distribute documents for filing. Arranging direct deliveries of shipments to customer site and co-ordinates with customer for proper delivery to be done.
