Activities
I have a variety of different leadership experiences that has given me a wide array of knowledge and skills. I have been a lead trainer in a general clinical laboratory for all incoming internship students at Ft. Huachuca, RWB Health Center, and I was the CAP survey coordinator for all departments to be tested for color blind testing to qualify patient care givers, provide CAP surveys to patient care gives to test their skills and processes, and oversaw the receiving and sending out of CAP survey tests.
I have passed Primary Leadership Developmental Course in the Army where I was trained for 30 days to become a leader. I have attended and passed Corner Stone Leadership training at Vitalant where I learned to refine my leadership knowledge and skills.
