● Planning and adoption of performance improvement project to increase the nursing satisfaction at Wadi El Neel hospital to 92% and the results of the survey after implementation was 95%.

● Optimizing ER cycle time and decreasing the waiting time from 2 hours to 30 minutes as average.

● Joint Commission International accreditation of Wadi El Neel hospital (Mar 2013).

● Part of the planning team for the partnership between Wadi El Neel Hospital and British university in Cairo nursing school (Apr 2014).

Dr Sulaiman Al Habib medical group:

● Boosted medical record documentation compliance of physicians from 34% to 92% within 8 months, achieved via using various effective strategies

● Conceived and launched the following services at the Olaya medical complex:

- Bariatric surgeries: gastrectomy procedures, unit performs c.15 procedures per month.
