I started out as the AM Cashier/ Hostess. I had to use a register and terminal to make the transactions of the customers. I also had to answer phone calls. When I took the role of manager, I not only helped out in which ever way I could on the front end of the restaurant but, I also had other duties. Some of my other duties were: make phone calls to employees, calculate employee hours, make spreadsheets with restaurant information which was sent to the accountant, make monthly payments such as: electric, water, cable, etc. I was in charge of making the schedule and setting up employee meetings.
