Construction of 437 villa, 18 apartment, 01 lift station, 08-fire pump station, 02-Mosque, 01 KG school and MEP INFRA at GOSI Project Jubail KSA.

Supervise the team of engineers working with me, the Superintendent, supervises one or several supervisors of the discipline. (HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, Electrical and Fire alarm System).

Involved in project from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing and handover. As well as having strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, additional attributes, such as team leadership, management skills and able to manage the multitask project.

Issues all work orders (engineering request and variation submitted by contractors) describes the works to be implemented, requests for an estimated price, issues the work order, initiates numbering and makes all involved functions approve.

In due time expedites, checks and approves attachments for work orders close-out.

Take all the necessary measures to ensure that the works entrusted to the contractors under my supervision are carried out in strict compliance with the site H.S.E. requirements, the quality, technical, and financial and schedule requirements of the contracts, and sound engineering practices.

Verify the adequacy of Construction Contractors equipment to perform the required work.

Check the list and revision number of documents transmitted to Construction contractors.

Check the preservation by Construction Contractors of materials taken out from material storage.

Review and approve the progress proposed by Construction Contractors.

Analyze additional work and modifications to determine the cause and propose the solution to be implemented.

Analyze and technically approve requests for variations submitted by Construction Contractors.
