Machine Operator II (Extrusion) (July 2018-Present)

.

Working with a David standard extrusion machine, about 250 products on assigned line, doing full maintenance on it, (tear down, cleaning, installing new set up for production), checking concentricity, set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure, sizing rings and temperature, synchronize speed of extrusion, manually or via melt pump, straight the line over a water bath or vacuum water bath depends on the product, check for conformance to specifications via Tool scope (id, od, walls, concentricity, O.O.R, decore).

Read and interpret blue prints and drawings, locate defects on extruded products, adjust controls as necessary.

Add resin for production into dryer, and make sure is the temperature require for the specific job, accurate record such as Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Shop Floor Paperwork (SFP), training record System (TRS), Production Data Management (PDM), System Application & Products (SAP) and Process Equipment Optimization (PEO).

Troubleshot maintenance, Quality Control on final products.
