DUTIES
Advice and counsel students and their parents on financial aid products that is available to them.
Resolve student inquiries relating to financial aid products.
Guide students through financial aid processes to meet their needs.
Ensure quick response to email, web and telephone inquiries.
Study and evaluate policies, regulations and applicable laws relating to financial aid products.
Receive and analyze financial aid applications based on the established laws.
Process applications received in a timely manner within set deadlines.
Implement new initiatives within the assigned program areas.
Prepare detailed reports relating to financial aid and assigned programs in compliance with the law.
Initiate and streamline processes within the set parameters to ensure that students’ needs are met.
Participate in special projects and on student finance committees
