Call center duties continuously allowing me to sharpen my customer service and communication skills as well as data management skills via Monday.com app. As an intern in 2016 at CSIR, I carried out numerous experiments which required troubleshooting and optimization techniques further equipping me with proper planning, organizing, and problem- solving skills.
