Oversight of facilities operations, ensuring that customers are satisfied, managing employees schedules and performances, as well as working to make sure the salon is profitable.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations

Hire and train hairstylists as needed

Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
