Custom designed and implemented entire 8th grade science curriculum in accordance with NYS standards, for a rural public school, to increase student body and school productivity. Result: 80 student scores increased from mediocre-decent to above average demonstrating greater student achievement, successful prototype is currently being used on an ongoing basis. Was sought to create and deliver graduate level science instruction to special education teacher candidates admitted into master’s program at Roberts Wesleyan College. Result: Class size more than tripled in second year as students enjoyed the rigorous engaging content.

Developed new AP Biology curriculum by researching topics and collaborating with fellow AP educators to address problem of outdated curriculum.

Created completely unique, comprehensive educational program designed to meet the needs of a 17-year-old high school student with multiple disabilities. Result: Student progressed rapidly and was able to be mainstreamed and able to function independently after only 4 months.

Developed practice schedule, co-coached, and sought out independent attorney input for high school Mock Trial program.

Result: Successful Mock Trial team which received high marks during competitions, special student recognition from judges for parts played, and accolades from administration. Exhibited exemplary work ethic, motivation, and adaptability by becoming certified in, and given jurisdiction over 3 departments of major retail store/operation. Result: Dramatically improved business operation flow including implementation of attractive product displays and more convenient customer access to product inventories. Analyzed current store product placements, in regards to seasonal sales with in Building Materials and Lumber departments, worked with management team changing display locations and product availability. Result: Led to Lumber and Building Material departments consistently achieving rank among top 5 departments throughout entire store in actual sales and received Sales Associate of the month 3 times.

Managed/coached high school baseball teams that had mediocre 50/50 win/loss record, providing motivation and developing lineups and determining playing time. Led offseason AM trainings resulting in improved team morale, individual and team skills.
