Take Morning Briefing in the department

Monitor associates and their productivity.

Quality control and check VIP in house and VIP rooms prior to arrival.

Conducting Training and on job training for the associates and ensuring that standard are implemented as per brand specification.

Ensure coordinate with a training manager, Prepare monthly sheets and reports.

Spot check the associates to ensure they follow the SOP and maintain consistence while cleaning.

Plan and conduct training for housekeeping associates to improve their performance with team members.

Assisting and supporting senior managers in housekeeping and Executive housekeeper on various projects, if necessary.

Customer’s likes and dislikes are maintained and recorded on daily basics.

Ensure that occupied rooms are check as much so, that guest rooms are clean as per standard and maintain well with presentation. Collaboration with other department to maintained the rooms with VIP amenities.

Ensure that associates follow the Lost and found procedures, and it’s our responsibilities to maintain the records for each room’s Lost and found including valuables and handover the valuable to security department.

Maintaining the par stock for guest floors amenities and request what is only required based on forecast occupancy.

Ensuring to maintain the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly, specially task records

Ensuring linen inventory record is maintained as status by executive housekeeper.

Ensure all the linen and guest laundry are coming back on time and daily basics without failure if any damage or missing follow up with laundry, also inform to housekeeping manager.

Prepare the duty roster as per the occupancy forecast check request from executive housekeeper for special occasion.

Coordinate with purchasing department and order the required equipments and materials (Chemicals, Linens, Uniforms, and Machineries)

Ensure with maintenance department daily work order has been followed and done as per the request. Check the ken fix it rooms and pending job orders

Machineries should be checked by supervisors kept ready to use in any time, if you come across any damage or broken machines should be informed to maintenance and housekeeper.

Handover to be taken previous shift make sure you follow the things without fail to avoid maximum complaints.

Allocating the associates to floors and public areas and follow up with yesterday supervisor log book for any updates

Check the floor pantries, trolleys and corridor.

Have briefing with Executive housekeeper for more information about hotel operation things and regarding associate performance.

Make sure the hotel standards should be followed such as grooming, personal hygiene and it applies to all hotel policies.
