Bachelor Project: "Solution of gap problem between mandrel in blown film extrusion die" carried out at Windsor Machines Ltd. Vatva, (July 2017 to Sept 2017) Description: In blown film extrusion process, Die is main component for producing film. Thickness and Properties of film are greatly depends on the gap between mandrel and die. For better mechanical properties gap must remain same, But in actual process it wouldn't be same. So we have modified die design and process of production. Master Project: " Handling and prevention of A-B-C class components for cost control." carrying out in MILACRON INDIA pvt. ltd.

Description: The aim of this research is the application of various Industrial engineering tools and techniques for Plastic Processing company to reduce the scrap and rework and maintain the sufficient inventory level for continuous production. The goal of this research is how inventory management tools are useful to large-scale manufacturing company to meet the customers demand flawlessly and with desire quality.
