Time and attendance. Managed the manifest every evening that was going to DWH supply -DFW supply. Reviewed inbound trucks manifest, reviewed hot lists and made sure all RON material had been taken care of. Prepared Overtime teams and made sure we were staffed correctly. Worked with material planners to insure receipts that arrived on Hub truck correctly and were issued out to the docs as needed.

Stayed in touch with tooling engineering manager to make sure all engineers were up to date on their work for the day. Took -0 material tools to warehouse and made sure they were stored correctly. Time & Attendance. Made sure material planners had their tooling jobs done with the engineers.

I let all the other IT departments know what we were doing when supply questions came about. I wrote DET Quarries. I assisted anyone that needed to know how to write DET quarries.

Answered the phone for the Air craft on ground department (AOG).

Emptied LD3’s that came from line Maintenance.
