Jan’17 to Jan’20: Bajaj Finserv Ltd National Manager BI & Campaigns (3 yrs)(Team Size:14)

Installing, stabilizing and infusing the usage of newly acquired software IBM-Unica Campaigns in the organization.

Development of process for creating risk preapproved bases for various product of BFL like PL, Consumer Durables, Business Loans, Mortgages, LAP, etc. basis various customer, company segmentations using various bureau data, multipliers. Applying multipliers, challengers and DOE.

Identified key sets of customers using descriptive analysis which were not targeted by the business units. This helped into deeper segmentation from 10 segments to 17 segments.

Key player in designing, deploying Real Time Communication Systems in Bajaj Finserv using Unica- IBM Interact system. Enabled lift of 2.3 times over BAU(business as usual) in Consumer Durable business due to the real time communication system.

Successfully executed Marketing campaigns which have grown exponentially from less than 100 to 1200 per month.

Along with the BTL campaigns, customer trigger-based campaigns were developed for targeted marketing to improve ROI.

First Stint: Managed the front office of the branching banking in the branch and for major period was Advances officer for a portfolio upto 50 lacs.

Second Stint: As the IT Lead was involved in implementing Demat Services, RTGS services in the Bank, in addition to management of 19 branches. Also managed all the mandatory and periodic RBI reports. Single handedly managed the MIS to the Sr. Mgmt regarding P&L, the NPA and other vital information as required.

Also had brief stint with Onward Technologies Pune, in implementing workflow management tools and ERP software for period of 2yrs and 1 year with Virmati Solutions as implementer for Core Banking Software. Period from Jul’2000 to Mar’2003.
