SITE ENGINEER –EXECUTION
§Co-ordinate with design department for drawings, design modifications etc. Raise RFI and inspect the site activities with consultant and comply their observations.
§Monitoring and supervision of daily work activities in accordance with the contract and technical requirement.
§Co-ordination & getting approval from Client (GC/CMRL) for all the execution works and arising any disputes occurring in site to clients for further proceeding of works.
§Working in Execution of Underground Structures, which include Execution of Structures like Diaphragm wall, sheet pile, Barrette Pile, Plunge Column, Bore Pile, Sheet Pile, King Post, Strutting works, Retaining Wall, Decking Works,Structural Slab (Roof Concourse & Base), Strut erection, OTE Duct erection, Cross Passage Construction, Above Ground Structural Works, Architectural Finishes and other Underground Ground Structural works.
§Prepare subcontract bill, & Labor Bill
§Check the day to day measurement and recording the same in M-Book.
§Monitoring progress and resources like Manpower, Machineries and Materials for the station and deciding the inter-site and intra-site movement of resources / equipment.
§Responsible for overall quality & Safety requirement on site.
§Preparing monthly targets, item wise & discussing with the Project Manager as per site condition and front availability to execute the work.
§Preparing Bar bending schedule as per drawing & executing the same.
§Inspect works with respect to the Construction Drawing i.e. checking measurement and reinforcement.
§Preparing and Submission of Daily Progress Report.
§Select sub-contractors based on their skillsets and allocate them to suitable work front.
