• QA/QC Inspection of raw materials, Welding Inspection, NDT, Surface preparation & Painting, Pickling & Passiviation inspection, Rubber Lining inspection.Understanding of welding codes, process and requirements.Knowledge of ASME, API Standard codes.

• Preparation of inspection test plan, maintain of NCR logs and summary sheets.

• Ensuring Code and Client fabrication, PWHT and NDE requirements are implemented and completed at Shop and Field sites.

• Review of ITP& QAP, Weld mapping,Hydro test procedure,weld maps,Package inspection procedure.

• ISO certified internal auditor ISO9001, 14001, 45001

• Supplier Quality Documentation Controller reviewing the pre-inspection procedure,NDE Procedure, WPS, PQR, WPQ and Specification.

• Witness Centrifugal and dosing Pump Alignment and Functional test, Hydro test, dimensional check inspection.

• Review and approve the supplier documents such as Quality Plan, Process Plan, Inspection Plan and NDE Procedures.

• Plan and Coordinate inspection activities with Client

• NDE examination for PT, MT, UT, RT and VT as per the approved procedure.

• Inspection for bought out/subcontracted items such as Manual valves, Gates valves, Control valves, Ball valves, Butterfly valves.Metallic Piping inspection at vendor shop.
