DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation of company policy, HSE Plans & Procedures to minimize risk to staffs & workers.

• Update the relevant HSE requirements and emergency procedures to the team.

• Ensure audits are conducted at agreed intervals and to measure compliance with HSE Plan Management System.

• Maintaining HSE Statistics at level.

• Maintaining liaison with all departments.

• Conducting Safety Induction & Toolbox Talks.

• Participating & conducting HSE Meetings.

• Regularly visit the workplaces.

• Advising procurement department on purchase of the right type of PPE and safety equipment.

• Participating in incident/accident investigations.

• Familiar all workplace hazards.

• Enforce a “No Smoking” policy throughout the duration of the project.

• First aid.

• Identify related hazard and preventing measures as per client safety procedures.

• Conduct safety exercises, musters and drills.

• All emergency safety procedures.

• Resolves complaints and make recommendations to manager for right actions as required.

• Using/handling maintenance/inspection and refilling of all first aid fire fighting extinguishers.
