1) 400 KV GIS,400KV switchyard and 220 KV AIS switchyard maintenance .

2)Manpower management & reporting with soft tools like RCA, Daily & monthly report, Trends & analysis for diagnosis the healthiness of equipments .

3) Taking care of General Shift Electrical Maintenance of BTG area Equipments.

4) Assigning the work to be done & issuing its permit followed by a TOOL BOX talk about the respective job.

5) Issuing, cancelling and Technically completing the Permits (work order) using SAP MM Module.

6) Attending the shutdown & brake down maintenance of equipments.

7) Attending Quality circle,Kaizen & Root Cause Analysis meetings about the equipment failure.

8) Sharing Knowledge about Motor & Feeder protection with my colleagues & solving the problems regarding any fault.
