Excavation of high risk vertical topography at plot edge for Retaining wall which required breaking of shore piles which retaining adjacent plot earth for depth of 20mts at the plotedge, where chances of collapse was maximum and which required heavy fabrication framing work.

Foundation work contained marshy land due to a nallah passing through the plot, which course was later changed but substantially influenced the water level of the plot obstructing foundation and hindrance in reaching till required strata of 90Ton/Sq. M
Rainwater harvesting proposal was implemented.
