2017-2020 Telemarketing – Call center Management
Main call center manager for incoming and or outgoing sales and fundraising calls. 2008-2017 Medical Records Retrieval Company – Main manager over CA, WA and NY states for retrieving medical records from facilities that are contracted with IOD copy service. This job included many hours in front of a computer (possibly 10-12 hours a day when needed), efficiency, responsibility, client relationship, and working by a deadline in often pressured time limits. 2006-2008 Apartment Agency Database – Worked on building their apartment data base from scratch and updated the program by contacting the clients.

Previously, I worked as a secretary and managed a telemarketing program for an Orphanage. At another point throughout the years, I managed a sales program for landline phones based on internet. In addition, I also worked on booking tickets, and USA consulate services such as scheduling appointments and visas by private arrangement.
