Job Duties and Tasks for: "Land Surveyor" (Tornado Groups UAE) during project
Make exact measurements and determine property boundaries. Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location,
elevation, or dimension of land or land features on or near the earth's surface for engineering, mapmaking, mining, land evaluation,
construction, and other purposes.
Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys cum quantity surveyor in order to describe, certify,
and assume liability for work performed.
Develops work plans, methods and procedures to perform surveying & Quantity tasks.
Collects and analyzes field data; performs complex survey and engineering computations.
Made as well balance and closed traverse and got accurate coordinates of control points and their level and verified from
Consultant.
Worked according to site drawings and specification, setting out and controlling all axis, gridlines Structure Work.
Coordinated with foremen and controlling the work in the site.
Stake out a general layout according to the shop drawings.
Excavation work for identifying pipes, finding location & marking according to the specified drawings by using Total Station and
Level.
