COMMUNICATION

·When I worked for Eaton Financial Corporation, I traveled a four- state territory giving presentations on the leasing process. This taught office supply, telephone, and copier dealers how to use the leasing process to increase their sales. My boss liked my training presentation so much that he videotaped it and sent it to our company headquarters in Framingham, Massachusetts. They used my presentation to train other sales managers throughout the United States.

Office - Contacting customers in northern Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, South Dakota and New Mexico to increase our customer database. I also wrote letters, answered phones, took credit applications, made copies and did the office filing.

SECRETARY ITT COMMERCIAL FINANCE

Office - Duties included answering the phone, filing, copying, filling in for the receptionist on her breaks, writing letters to vendors requesting funds for curtailments, making sure all vendor insurance policies were current, filling out applications and paperwork for clients who wanted to increase their credit limit.

Floor Check Coordinator – I was promoted to Floor Check Coordinator. This was an auditing position which required travel throughout Utah, Nevada, Wyoming and Idaho auditing customers that sold computers, motorcycles, R.V.’s and motorhomes. I collected funds on sold merchandise, collected curtailment payments and send them to the appropriate ITT offices.
