trends, materials availability, factory production constraints to result in optimized and balanced

inventories.

• Collect and maintain accurate daily production data for inventory control and performance

analysis. Data collected include: Daily FG movement (produced, delivered and available

stocks), machine efficiency, productivity, waste rating, and machine utilization.
