• Internship Experience - Engineering Intern at Cummins India Ltd., Pune( 2019-20) Experience:

o Work with the CFD team on the Conjugate Heat Transfer(CHT) analysis of 5.6L, 6.7L, and 9L diesel engine exhaust manifolds.

o Work on De-coupled simulation in Star-CCM for 9L diesel engine exhaust manifold. o Work on 1D CAE GT Power tool for transient thermal analysis of exhaust manifold of 5.6L and 6.7 L diesel engines.

o Work on Static, Modal analysis with Goodman Plot for various brazed and welded joints of water and compressor plumbings for cost reduction programs. If necessary design optimization of Joints has been done in the 3D CAD Creo model for safe results by changing throat length.

• PG Project – Quick Transient Thermal Assessment of Exhaust Manifold in 1D CAE tool and Comparison with 3D CFD Conjugate Heat Transfer(CHT), De-coupled analysis and Test results(2019-20)

Deliverables:

o To perform steady-state Conjugate Heat Transfer(CHT) analysis in 3D CFD Fluent and de-coupled analysis of exhaust manifold in the Star-CCM tool for specific ATCT (Accelerated Temperature Cycle Test). o To develop a 1D Model of the exhaust manifold in the 1D CAE tool for quick transient thermal analysis by accounting firing order effect for ATCT.

o Comparison of Metal skin temperatures of 1D CAE tool with steady CHT, De-coupled simulation, and test data.

o Predicting Metal skin temperatures before 250 Hours of exhaust manifold endurance test by performing the Design of Experiments (DOE).

o To save computational time and data storage almost by 50%. Degree/

• PG Mini Project – Engine Performance and Emission Analysis using Simulink based Artificial Neural Network (ANN) or Genetic Algorithm (GA) for Reactivity Controlled Compression Ignition

(RCCI) Engine using Biodiesel, Diesel, Petrol, CNG, MPO, and LPG piloting at different crank angles (2019)

Deliverables:

o Preparation of Biodiesel using the Transesterification process with 98% yield from Jatropha and Euphorbia seeds.

o Comparison of Different exhaust gases amount for different fuels at a varying crank angle and piloting ratios. o Validating the Biodiesel for CRDI engine at higher injection pressures. o The detailed study of various engine parameters at different crank angles using ANN.

• Work Experience – Service Engineer at Authorized BMW service center(2018) o Work on Engine Oil, Air filter, Microfilter, Brake Pad service for BMW cars. o Hands-on experience of various machine tools and special tools for automobile servicing.

• UG Project – Design, Analysis, and Fabrication of Tilting Trike (2016-2017) Deliverables:

o The main aim of this project was to achieve enough angle of tilting during sharp cornering turns by overcoming gyroscopic action.

o To develop an ergonomic design for handicap personal with the electric and mechanical powered drive.

• UG Mini Project: Hydraulic Robotic Arm (2015-2016) o Small Model using plastic syringe and bottles was created to understand the hydraulic robotic arm actuation in the sluice gate of dams.
