Current Job Profile:-

Working in KEI INDUSTRIES Ltd. As Quality Engineer ( In Process Quality ) at Pathredi Plant from Feb. 2017 to till date. And As Project Engineer & Coordinator at Mathura site from Feb. 2014 to Feb. 2017 in RAPDRP, RGGVY & DDUGJY Project.

Role & Responsibilities:-

Managing, auditing and monitoring for compliance to the above standards.

Planning, Conducting and preparing reports of Internal audit.

Understanding customer Customer Specific Requirement and Implement them.

Planning and conducting the Supplier Audit Following up for closer of NC raised.

Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement.

Preparation & updating the Incoming Inspection plans, coordinating the incoming inspection activity,

Conducting the in-process inspection for the same, Responsible for Final Inspection Stage (PDI). Conducting inspection & testing, Rejection Analysis, Monitoring Process control.

Root cause analysis of faults.

Knowledge in Cable & Conductor manufacturing.

Knowledge on Internal and final inspection by third party or client.

Inspection Knowledge on Cable & overhead Conductor.

Cost Reduction, process analysis, process improvement, Product development & customer service etc

Knowledge in In process & Final Testing of Cable & Conductors

Handling 2 no’s 33/11 KV PSS & S/S and its incoming and outgoing feeders.

Planning and Execution of Erection & Commissioning, Testing and Inspection and Maintenance activities in UG Project.

Handling all documentation of Survey, Measurement, BOQ and Handing Over in UG Project.

Coordinating with client and Third party.

Network study of 33KV line and 33/11KV substations.

Study of 11KV line and load of distribution transformers.

Analysis and Calculation of load on 33/11KV grid, 11KV feeder, distribution transformer and LT lines.

Modification & up gradation of network with latest equipment’s used in Power distribution Sector.

Monitoring & Supervision of Erection of 33, 11 kV line & installation of Distribution Transformer.

Quality checking and co-ordination with Clients, Contractors & Sub –Contractors in case of ROW (RIGHT OF WAY) Problem for timely Execution of Projects.

Quality assurance in each work.

Handling of all R&M work of Distribution Transformers.

Prepaired all types of Steel structures Used in Execution of UG Project.

Survey, BOQ preparation and approval, Replacement of Bare conductor to 1ph & 3ph AB Cable, providing new 1ph and 3ph service connection, replacement of defective meters to new meters and service cables.

Responsible for Sub-Contractor Billing and Reconciliation & Client Billing.

Planning Material for different stores/sites as per BOQ, targets their achievements & analysis.

Handling of Site supervisors, Contractors, Labours, implementation of Manpower planning.

Giving Feedback in flowchart about project progression.

Solution of site problems in consultation with the local people, Panchayat representatives and clients.

In a word fully capable to execute all works independently at any spheres.

Previous Work Experience:-

Worked in Relexo Footwear Ltd. Bahadurgarh Hariyana as Engineer in Plant Engineering from Jan. 2011 to Feb. 2014.

Role & Responsibilities:-

Handling all documentation of Maintenance Department.

Good knowledge of TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTINANCE (TPM).

All Responsibility of preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance

Kaizen & ISO training & implementation.

Maintenance of all types of Electrical and Mechanical Machines.

In a word fully capable to execute all works independently at any spheres.

Worked in Tata motors ltd. Pantnagar (U.K.) as Junior Engineer in Maintenance Department in Engine shop from Aprl. 2007 to Aug. 2007.
