The Project Manager Assistant is the middleman between application Cape Town and Project Managers. They are responsible for overseeing the applications that are done in Cape Town during the week and on weekends. The role entails liaison between client, applicators and Project Managers.
• Assisting all Project Managers where required and requested.
• Generating pro-forma invoices on Base 10 and sending it to the accounts department as well as the Project Manager.
• Informing Project Managers when a vehicle is late for arrival or has not arrived at all and also informing them of when the vehicle is completed.
• Getting confirmation of payment before the vehicle can be released to client.
• Any concerns the applicators may have with line-up, or problems with branding sets - to be communicated to relevant Project Manager.
• Ensuring all information is supplied before branding takes place.
• Send tentative brand dates to clients and a reminder a day before tentative branding date.
• Checking all sets that arrives via courier and informing relevant staff about the deliveries
• Checking the booking board system and sending all scheduled bookings to various branches and Project Managers.
• Once the job is completed, to take photographs of the branded vehicles and send them to all including to the client and inform the client on when to collect the vehicle. Loading all pictures onto the shared server.
• Any client concerns and communication to be addressed with the relevant Project Manager.
