Starting my journey in UK with Hambleton Hall Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel, as a Restaurant Management Trainee taking care of weddings and events of high-standard. Moving to Malta to progress in the Hospitality industry, especially in luxury and 5* hotels. My role as a VIP Butler gave me a whole knowledge of the hotel business. • Created a comprehensive strategic action plan which led to achieve a higher ADR than budgeted in 2019, achieved the following result:

Growth of 20% in occupancy.

171% on revenue target.

• Doubled the Hotel accounts in portfolio, in the same way, an average of 30% of which made by the strong relationship with existing partners by the persistent work in the idenfication of new markets.

• Developed new accounts of following segment: shipping, aviation, Igaming and filming which produced 60% to revenue target in 2019.

• Drove efficiencies during prospecting period which resulted into 20% new closed deals – meeting in and out of Hotel & show rounds -decisión makers-.

• Successfully completed a new Incentive Scheme for bookers plus the launch or our Elite Cards, a new loyalty programme developed specially to beneficiate corporate employees.

• Implemented new commercial campaigns, standing out the biggest and magnificent Corporate Event carried out in 2019 with a participation of more than 1000 accounts.

• Successfully reduced by 40% the time invested in contacting by the implementation of new idea on reports.

• Excellent recognition from existed and new accounts, congratulating the proficient job carried out under my name, through the booking process, dealing with outstanding diligence document such as contracts, invoices, correspondence, …. developed of a new tracking process which resulted in accurate data analysis and guest feedbacks.
