Supervise, coordinate, monitor and control the installation carried out by the contractor. Carry out material inspection in accordance with approved material submittal. Carry site inspections for installation works.

Carry regular site visits, inspecting materials and installation in line with approved submittal and shop drawing.

Issue regular surveillance reports to the contractor if the materials and installation not found with project requirement & contract documents. Carry and witness all sorts of cold tests for the installed services. Check & verify all as-built drawings as per actual site condition. Inform project engineer if any deficiency in the materials or installations Witness Testing & commissioning activities in coordination with Project Engineer.
