Tasks and Responsibilities:

Inspection & Witnessing according to Project Specification, QCP, ITP & Method of Statement, International standard and other approved reference Document as per Company standard.

Ensure that the quality of work carried out in accordance with Project Specification and other approved standard of company. Responsible for switchgear testing like-: Bus bar-IR, Contact resistance & Hi-pot, IR, winding, Ratio, Polarity & Relay test, Functional test.

Reviewing the engineering document and maintaining the latest revision of all contract documents, Drawing, Specification and standards required for Quality Assurance & Quality Control Inspection.

Ensure the discipline punch list are created for Inspection Hold point and completed before the requirement, clearing the punch list.

Responsible for receiving the RFI (Request for Inspection) raise by construction Engineer /Supervisor after completion of job. Carrying Internal / Pre- Inspection and forwarding it to Consultant & Client for group Inspection and his acceptance.

Make verification for the RFI submitted by the construction department, work to be inspected is complete and in compliance with the Engineering Standard & Material shall conform to all applicable requirements standard. Verifying and reviewing the construction drawings covering ISS, P&ID, ILD, Layout Drawing, Hook-Up Drawing, Typical Drawing and Wiring Details etc.

Carrying Internal Inspection prior to issuing notification for MCN Mechanical System Completion Notification to Client. Carrying group Inspection for MCN & Final Walk through with Consultant & Client

Responsible for updating the ITR Inspection Test report, taking client signature for his approval, Submitting the ITR to Certification department for record keeping, system updating and maintaining QC documentation, Reviewing the final QC documentation.
