Coordinate with internal teams & outsourced agencies to ensure the seamless functioning of transport, housekeeping, food & catering, building access control systems, event management, travel and accommodation, etc.

ManipalCigna Health Insurance:

Essayed a key role in re-branding CignaTTK Health Insurance Company Limited under the new name, ManipalCigna Health Insurance Co. Ltd., in May 2019

Deftly planned and executed the expansion plans for the smooth functioning of 25 Branch Offices in Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities in one year, within the approved budget

Selected by the senior management for the Annual Management Award for 2 consecutive years for initiating cost-savings and other proactive measures

ISON BPO Kenya Ltd.:

Facilitated efficient, timely and effective travel (ticketing, visas, accommodation, etc.) for employees during the MTN transition in 6 countries

Finalized space for call centers at best rentals in Zambia and Nigeria

Bharti Airtel Ltd.:

Undertake regular conduct of site inspections and facility audits to monitor the status of facilities and initiate corrective actions

Budgeting

Prepare annual operating budgets to monitor costs and expenses for assigned projects along with variance reports, work order progress reports and ad-hoc reports according to changing business requirements

Liaison & Coordination with External Agencies

Liaise with government authorities to obtain approvals regarding legal, health and safety compliance requirements

Human Resources Management

Manage the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, pre-screening, coordinating HR interviews for various levels of designations, salary negotiations, reference checks, etc., to identify, attract and evaluate the best talent

Partner with the management to identify and redefine new HR processes related to hiring, induction and retention of employees

Design various employee manuals and handbooks

Co-create and drive effective employee relations, retention, employee engagement and recognition programs

Real Estate Acquisition & Project Management

Oversee and manage the purchase, lease, Insurance, maintenance of company vehicles and other assets, as well as asset disposal and scrap services in line with the company guidelines
